Update
The caffeine withdrawal headaches are gone (Yea!) and so is all my energy. When does it come back? When do I start feeling better because I am not drinking soda? I am at day 10. It would help if I hadn't given up my sweets too.

Great work Nicole. Hopefully Jen will have some insight for you. I think if you exercise that will help with the energy.

It may take a little longer than you want to know. But if you exercise that will more than 10 times make up for the lack of caffeine.
I agree with the exercise. It is full of endorphins and they make you feel GOOD!!!

I know.. it is so hard to quit soda and sweets. But you will get there... small steps...
